Job Description

• Our outside sales reps work out of their home so time is flexible.
• Developing and maintaining solid business relationships with business owners and business professionals in your local area.
• Preparation and execution of business documents.
• Install new equipment or reprogram existing equipment (don’t worry about this one, we’ll walk you through step by step what to do)
• Work with customers to keep them happy after the sale.

 

Important Details

• Background Check – We do a thorough background check on anyone who works with us. If you are concerned about it give us a call and let us know upfront what the issue is and we can let you know if it is something we can deal with. We want to make sure our customers only work with top notch people.
• Professional – you must look and act professional to inspire confidence in business relationships.
• Hard Worker – you must have a good work ethic and be able to deal with rejection and letdowns.
• Your time – we are only looking for highly motivated people who are determined to succeed and are willing to put the time in to do so.
• Self-Starter – you must be a self-starter. Someone that must be watched by a manager all the time to get anything done will not workout. Individuals who are hired will not be closely managed, this makes work time flexible, so you must be able to focus and manage your time well.
• Experience –experience is not required although it really helps if you do have some sales or industry experience. A background of door to door sales or B2B marketing will be invaluable.  If you don’t, don’t worry, we will teach you everything you need to know.
